My wife had the fish and I had steak. The fish was perfect nice and hot . My steak tasted good but was warm at best, must had been sat waiting for fish to be finished. The service was decent. It wasn't so busy, but we had to wait on our server a few times. We ordered the calamari, speziato pizza, bolognese, risotto alla zucca and sticky coffee pudding. The calamari was perfectly fried with bites of salad and aioli. Every bite of the speziato pizza had cupped pepperoni or soppressata. I loved that it came with a spicy garlic sauce. It wasn't too spicy and it went well with the pizza. The bolognese tasted homemade and fresh. The risotto alla zucca was my least favourite dish. It honestly tasted like Mac n cheese with rice. I found it to be very thick and creamy like a Mac n cheese. It did have flavours of thr butternut squash, and nutty flavours of the Hazelnut, but I thought it would have more of a Umami flavour of the mushroom. The mushroom was just added on top. I would never order risotto again. My favourite dish was the sticky toffee pudding. I loved the ginger and cinnamon gelato. It went so well with the warm pudding. Overall I would return to try different dishes.
